Dr. Jayme Moulton, DC
|
Dr. Jayme Moulton joined us in January 2026, bringing with her more than 15 years of experience as a dedicated chiropractor serving the West Lake Minnetonka community. Since 2010, she owned and operated Keystone Chiropractic in Mound, where she built a reputation for compassionate care, and strong patient relationships. Throughout her career she has treated a wide range of individuals and families, earning the Laker Pioneer Best of the West Lakes Area -Chiropractor- award 9 of the last 15 years.
She looks forward to continuing her work with the dedicated team at Thompson Chiropractic and within a clinic that shares her values and patient-centered philosophy. Dr. Jayme’s path to chiropractic began as a high school athlete recovering from a stress fracture. Six weeks in a walking boot created an uneven gait that led to significant lower-back pain, and chiropractic care provided the relief she couldn’t find elsewhere. She continued relying on chiropractic throughout college, using it to manage chronic neck pain and headaches brought on by long hours of studying. Although she had always understood the power of chiropractic, she gained even deeper insight six years into her career after being involved in a car accident. While she was fortunate to walk away, the aftermath was challenging and required a team approach. Chiropractic, massage, and physical therapy were all vital to her healing, and the providers at Thompson Chiropractic played a meaningful role in helping her return to a more normal daily life. That firsthand experience with the clinic’s skill, compassion, and collaboration ultimately made joining their team many years later feel like a natural and exciting transition. Dr. Jayme earned her undergraduate degree from North Dakota State University and her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2010. In 2018, she expanded her clinical skill set by earning her certification in acupuncture, enabling her to support patients with chronic pain, headaches, and complex musculoskeletal conditions that benefit from a blended approach. Her practice philosophy is simple: meet patients where they are. Dr. Jayme believes that small, realistic changes can drive meaningful long-term improvements. She focuses on education, empowerment, and practical tools that help patients participate in their own healing and stay active in the lives they love. Dr. Jayme lives in Waconia with her husband, Joel, and their daughter, Riley. She enjoys spending her free time outdoors, especially gardening, camping, and fishing. |
